The AI Influencer Formula: Build Your Own Viral Character Inside ChatGPT (Higgsfield)
AI influencers are all over your feed right now, and the biggest ones are all doing the same thing. I broke the formula down, then made my own character inside ChatGPT in a few minutes. Every step and both links from the video are below.
The formula these accounts are using
Take a look at the numbers from the video.
One account had 500K followers with only 23 posts. It only joined Instagram in September. One of its videos is sitting at almost 20 million plays, and it's just a guy dancing at a party.
Now look at the second account. It posted the exact same video with a different AI character dropped in. That one is at over 21 million plays.
So the formula is simple.
- Find a video that already went viral.
- Swap in one character people will remember.
- Use that same character in every video you post.
The video already proved people want to watch it. The character is the reason they follow.
Step 1: Get Higgsfield (free to try)
⚡ Try Higgsfield free
This is the tool I used for the whole thing. One of the accounts from the video even has it in its bio: made by Higgsfield.
Tap here to open Higgsfield and connect it to ChatGPT. It's free to try. When I recorded this, the influencer builder gave me free generations to start with. What you get can change, so check your own account.
Step 2: Install the Higgsfield plugin in ChatGPT
All you need to do is this.
- Open ChatGPT and go to Plugins. I used the desktop app.
- Search for Higgsfield and add it.
- Connect your Higgsfield account and hit Allow.
- Click the three dots in your sidebar and pin Higgsfield, so it's always one click away.
It takes about a minute.
Step 3: Build a character people remember
- Open the Higgsfield plugin and scroll down to AI Influencer.
- Stay on the Influencer builder tab.
- Pick the look. You can choose the body type, height, proportions, head shape, eyes, hair, features and accessories.
- Type anything extra into Creative direction. That box is for personality and distinctive features. I typed one word: wonky.
- Hit Generate.
Boom. You get the face up close and the full body, and you can pick the version you like best. Your identity is now locked, so the same character shows up in every video.
Now here's the part that matters. Go weird on purpose. Every account that blew up has a character you can spot in one second. Mine has a ginger lampshade bob and tape on his nose.
Step 4: Make the videos
You can do this two ways.
With a reference clip. Open the Motion tab. This is Higgsfield Genjutsu. Pick Motion transfer, add a reference video between 4 and 30 seconds, and your character performs the same moves. That's how you put your character into a dance that already works. Film your own reference clip, or use one you have permission to use.
With one prompt. Just ask for the video in the chat. This is the exact prompt from the video.

🚀 Open Launchpoint
Here's one way these accounts are monetized. Launchpoint is a site where brands list campaigns and pay you based on how many views your videos get.
When I recorded this, Higgsfield had its own campaign on there. It was listed at $53 to $10,050 per video, with the top tier at 5 million views. It also says you post from a new account made for that deal, which is perfect for a brand new character.
Those numbers are Launchpoint's own projection at a view count. They are not a promise. Campaigns change, so read the brief and the contract before you apply.
Why this works right now
Attention is the most valuable asset right now.
Anyone can make a video. Almost nobody has a character people recognize in one second. So use the same character in every video, and give people a reason to follow.
The same plugin can also turn your own clips into any animation style.

No. The character is the face of the account, and you make him by picking options and typing what you want. The plugin does the rest inside ChatGPT.
