Step 1: Screenshot your whole profile
Take clear screenshots of your bio and every single photo on your profile, not just the ones you like. The model needs the full set to rank them honestly. Open ChatGPT, the free web version is enough, start a fresh chat, and upload all the screenshots at once. Works for Hinge, Tinder, or Bumble.
Step 2: Paste the prompt
This is the whole product. Once your screenshots are uploaded, paste it exactly as written and send.

The "brutally honest" framing at the start is load-bearing. Without it the model defaults to polite, and polite feedback changes nothing.

Don't start a new chat. Reply in the same thread, the model already has your screenshots and full context. Send the line below, or swap it for "more serious". Keep nudging until the bio reads like something you'd actually say out loud.

It's your profile, so it's your data and your call. Two habits worth keeping anyway: Crop friends out of group shots before you upload. Their faces aren't yours to share. Skip any screenshot that shows your workplace, address, or anything else you wouldn't hand a stranger. If you don't want your chats used for model training, ChatGPT has a toggle in Settings under Data Controls. Flip it once and move on.
